The Weekend Refresher 01/16/12-01/21/12
It’s a good thing I love the weekend so much because it is coming up faster and faster each week, it seems! See? Look! Here we are again, at The Weekend Refresher. If you happened to miss something here last week, you don’t have to go searching for it, because its all right down there!
As you are reading this, my family and I are quite possibly en rout to Fort Collins to see my father-in-law off at a commissioning service for his upcoming mission trip to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Quite exciting and life-changing for sure! I can’t wait for his return to hear all about it!
Something goofy always happens to me when I head up north-north of Denver, that is. Maybe its the air! (I doubt it…mostly the air stinks of farm! Ew.) But if you know me, you’ve probably heard it before, and you know that I can’t mention the Fort o’ Fun without cuing the dramatic violin music and claiming that I left my heart there when I moved down south here some 12 years ago. And, if you don’t know me…well, there you go-now you do!

Who is Your Most Favorite Muppet?
It appears my blog week began on Tuesday! This is because I took Monday (MLK Day) off to enjoy a super day with my family! We saw The Muppets and I do declare that my husband described the experience best when he said, “If you grew up watching The Muppets and you didn’t enjoy that movie, then you don’t have a soul.”
