Phew! We made it to Saturday! Yay! That’s not to say it wasn’t a fine week, because it was! But today is a special day in particular. Anyone care to guess why? Oh ok, I’ll just tell you. Today is my little sister’s 27th birthday! Wow!

Sunday Dinner Idea: Alton Brown’s Pot Roast
I traveled a little out of my comfort zone when I built this dish. Considering I’ve never built a pot roast in my life! It turned out really good, if I may say so myself, and it came from Alton Brown – so, even better!
